In-Home Mental Health offered by EvergreenHealth's Behavioral Health Services
Provides home-based behavioral health counseling, case management support services, and telepsychiatry consultations for medically-compromised homebound adults. Must be a Medicaid recipient living in King County.
Provides virtual behavioral health counseling, case management support services, and telepsychiatry consultations for King County Medicaid recipients. Includes intake assessment and behavioral health diagnostics, with follow-up counseling and case management support by master’s level mental health counselors and social workers. Services are provided to those who reside in their own homes, adult family homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. Alcohol or substance abuse concerns cannot be the primary challenge. Also offers telepsychiatry consultative support in coordination with a client’s primary care physician.

Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.

Art and Drama therapy also available. Assessments services are performed in person only. The Clinic is a teaching facility, and all services are provided by student counselors and therapists who are supervised by licensed psychologists and mental health counselors.
