Helps children who are having challenges in school or if they need additional support at home. Counselors will assist the family in helping a stronger relationship by teaching communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills. Also provides the WISe program (Wraparound with Intensive Services), which provides comprehensive, specialized services for children with behavioral health needs and their families.

Provides counseling to individuals of all ages, families, and couples.  Some issues treated:   Depression and.mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems, autism spectrum, PTSD, abuse survivors, relationship issues, and more. We do accept most health plans. We provide in-person and virtual sessions.

Provides mental health services by professionals who are registered or certified to children and their families. After an initial assessment and determination of need for ongoing help, core mental health services available at CCS include individual and/or family counseling/therapy, medication evaluation/management and coordination with primary care physicians, and case management.

Provides outpatient mental health services as well as individual, group and family counseling, and medication evaluations and management. 

Integration of behavioral and biological approaches to medical psychological problems. Provides diagnostic evaluation, outpatient counseling and therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medication management.

Individual, marriage and family counseling (sufficient for court orders).  Parenting classes (sufficient for court orders), therapy groups. Chemical dependency counseling (not sufficient for court orders).  Offers a course entitled "Developing Capable Young People" based on three perceptions and four skills that determine how effectively a person will handle the events of their life.

Compass Health provides a broad continuum of counseling services to individuals who have ongoing mental health issues and need assistance in reducing/managing symptoms and improving coping and daily living skills.  Intensity of services is based upon the needs of the individual.  Individual therapy, community support services, case management, psychiatric medication, and group services are available. Provides specialized services for children, youth and families as well as for older adults.   Dawson Place only serves child victims of sexual or physical abuse and their families.   Not all services offered at all locations. Supports the social and emotional well-being of children involved in the foster system, as well as the needs of their caregivers and parents. Includes relationship-based counseling, developmental guidance, and ongoing support. Helps develop bonds and create secure attachment relationships between the child, their caregivers, and the child’s parents.

Provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health needs. This program may include psychiatric services including evaluations and medication management which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and/or Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST). Offers the following: -  Individual Therapy: designed to assist in attaining the goals developed and identified on the service plan. The treatment services are conducted by a mental health professional with individuals and any persons who are natural supports in their lives. -  Family Therapy: services are provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance. Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. Provides mental health counseling for children 5 and older, couples, and families to help address their mental health needs. Specialization in poverty, unhealthy/domestic violence relationships, trauma, parenting, abuse and neglect of children and adults, foster/adopted children, career/life direction guidance, mild to moderate mental health management, substance abuse and recovery, and healthy coping skills. Offers mental health support groups on various topics throughout the year.

Therapists and clinical interns support local children, youth, and caregivers through difficult times. The Behavioral Health Program uses a trauma and culturally responsive, evidence-based approach to address issues such as – but not limited to – depression, family conflict, trauma, and anxiety. Also facilitates a therapeutic gaming program called CoRe where Seattle middle school students play video games to cultivate communication and social emotional skills.

Provides mental health treatment to children, youth, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.    Works with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as other family stressors and transitions.   Uses a strengths-based and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma focused CBT to tailor services to the particular strengths and needs of each of our clients. Multi-service family support program offers outpatient mental health services for children and families. Services include case management, brief intervention treatment, less restrictive alternative support and family, group and individual therapy.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Child and Family Outpatient services provide an array of counseling and support services to families with children and youth who may have emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Compass Health services are designed to promote positive changes in behavior, help the child /youth and family learn appropriate coping skills, improve communication skills including learning to resolve conflict and manage emotions in a healthy manner.

Services and support for individuals between the ages of four and 24 with outpatient individual, family, and group counseling, as well as prevention and intervention services. Services encourage individual and family goals while recognizing the importance of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive treatment. Our highly trained counselors help youth identify inherent strengths to help them achieve their goals.

Provides short-term counseling services. Counseling services include relationship counseling, family counseling, and depression, anxiety, and bereavement counseling.

Offers outpatient counseling services as well as case management services and a variety of support groups and classes. Therapists, case managers, peers, and physicians work together to provide treatment and support to help alleviate and manage symptoms of mental illness as well as enhance recovery. Stabilizes medications, teaches social and living skills, and helps with employment and day-to-day activities.

Provides comprehensive counseling and treatment exclusively for adults experiencing a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns. Areas of care include mood disorders (such as major depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, cyclothymia, and postpartum depression), anxiety and trauma-related disorders (including generalized anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, PTSD, phobias, and stress-related conditions), personality and relational challenges, dual diagnosis and co-occurring substance use, self-harm behaviors, process and behavioral addictions (including gambling and sexual addiction), and complex or chronic mental health conditions. Treatment is individualized and grounded in a Whole Person Care approach, supporting emotional, psychological, relational, and physical healing for long-term stability and recovery.

Provides counseling/therapy for adolescents (age 14 and older), adults, and senior citizens for the following disorders:  Major depression and overanxious disorder.  Also provides therapeutic self-help materials and therapist referrals.
