The focus is to inspire, relate, enrich, and bring adults and students together in a community partnership, which can create a lasting beneficial effect on the lives of young people.
- Mentors and students meet once or twice each month for 3-4 hours total
- Mentoring is about dedication, so a yearlong commitment is required
- Mentors will meet with their students to share hobbies, recreational activities, and perhaps a glimpse of the mentor's work environment
- Goal setting, life skill development, encouragement and guidance should be at the heart of each mentoring relationship

Indoor Skatepark offered by Alchemy Indoor Skatepark and Education Center
Operates an indoor skatepark in Tacoma. Offers drop-in hours and special sessions for skaters. Does charge a fee, but if a skater cannot afford to pay, they simply fill out an annual scholarship form in order to skate.
Alchemy offers a variety of sessions and lessons in their indoor skatepark facility hourly 6 days a week.
Drop-in hours are $5 and open to any rider Friday through Sunday 3pm-5pm, and 5pm-7pm.
Private Sessions are offered periodically through the week at $20 per session.
Lessons are offered Saturday and Sunday morning between 11am-3pm for $80.
Riders (under 24 years of age) cannot afford to pay, they can fill out a scholarship form in order to skate free of charge.

Operates an alcohol and drug-free music and art education program for low-income minority youth up to age 20.
LevelUp Youth Academy is an entire empowerment source for underserved youth from elementary school age students through age 20. It is a pro-social Music & Arts program with curricula infused with leadership, empowerment, entrepreneurship along with prevention/intervention.
All classes have a completely mobile component operating throughout King County but we also have fully-equipped recording studios in our Seattle and Federal Way offices accessible by car or public transportation. Students learn how to make beats, record rhymes, complete songs and fully produce performances.
