BGLAD LGBTQ Support Group offered by Youth Eastside Services in Bellevue
Provides a drop-in support group for youth who identify as LGBTQ ages 13 through 19, as well as those who may be questioning or exploring their gender or sexual identity. No appointment necessary.
BGLAD is an open, weekly drop-in support group for youth ages 13 to 19, focused on being a welcoming and affirming space for people exploring or seeking support for their identities.
If you’re looking to meet new people who also identify as LGBTQ+, want to learn more about local resources, or just generally want something structured to do with other teens. This is Co-facilitated by licensed mental health professionals who have experience working with LGBTQ+ youth. The facilitators help members feel welcome, maintain the rules of mutual respect and confidentiality and offer ideas and resources during group time.

Peer coaches are individually matched with people seeking support in their recovery. The matched pair meets for one hour per week for 26 weeks.

Offers vocational assessments, job search tools, resume building, interview preparation, coaching, benefits planning, employment-related clothing and transportation support, and ongoing support for job retention.

Offers individualized support to identify and access a range of community resources such as housing or medical care.
Participants meet one-to-one with a peer to help make the linkages to essential supports.

Coordinates support groups in Seattle and Renton for people who are LGBTQI and their families, friends and allies. Helps individuals communicate with family and friends on issues associated with being LGBTQI or a straight ally.

Leisure Activities offered at SouthEast Seattle Senior Center
Provides social, and recreational activities to encourage new experiences, new discoveries, and continued independence for older adults. Includes special interest groups, a lesbian support group, memory cafe, arts and crafts, and field trips.

Offers transgender cultural competency trainings, seminars, workshops, support groups and consultations to families and professionals working with gender diverse and transgender children and teens.
Trans Families is a place where parents and caregivers of gender diverse children everywhere can make crucial connections. Through support groups, forums and special events, finding resources, increasing knowledge and joining with other families helps them move from isolation and apprehension to a deeper understanding that they are not alone.

PFLAG supports persons through confidential monthly support group meetings, new-found friends, and referral to counseling when requested. The first and third Wednesdays of the month are 'breakout sessions', where attendees are divided into smaller, focus groups. The four focus groups are as follows: male-identified, female-identified, gender-queer, and SOFFA (significant other, family, friends, and allies). All other Wednesdays, meets as a single large group.
LGBTQ+ Youth Group for Ages 10-14 offered by Lambert House LGBTQ Youth Community Center
Offers a 10-week session during the school year in a welcoming and comfortable space to younger LGBTQ youth.
This is a 10-week session on Saturday afternoons during the school year. Provides a comfortable and welcoming space to younger youth in a supportive environment. The group will have two facilitators and be limited to 15 youth. Activities will include art making, music, possibly cooking and eventually walking field trips. Youth will collaborate in creating the schedule of weekly activities, and each week youth will be able to exercise some freedom of choice in an encouraging atmosphere.
Mental Health and Peer Support offered at Nuestras Raices Esperanza
Compartiendo Esperanza mental health workshops: providing a safe space for individuals to get the conversation started through dialogue, storytelling and guided discussion within the following topics: LGBTQ Gender and Sexuality, Sense of Belonging: Youth, Coping with Depression.
Esperanza offers a wide range of social and human services through Resource Navigators and Social Work Practice. A social service and wellness program that advances food security, family healing, mental health, and LGBTQ supports for adults, youth, and families.
A support group which provides GLBTQ+ youth ages 14-20 an opportunity to meet peers, share their concerns and questions regarding their sexuality or gender identity, and receive support in a fun and safe setting. Meeting locations are not published for the safety of group members.

Helps families build on their strengths, find support networks, and promote overall well-being, through various programs, such as the Incredible Years parent training, Project Safe Care, Triple Point, Readiness To Learn, and the Truancy Invention Program.

- Incredible Years Parent Training: helps parents understand how to build a positive relationship with their child. Available at the Wenatchee Family Resource Center or in-home. Currently provided through a contract with DCYF. Families are referred by their social worker.
- Project Safe Care: boosts parenting skills, while teaching how to improve the health of the child. Currently provided through a contract with DCYF. Families are referred by their social worker.
-Triple P: evidence- based program boosts parenting skills. Currently provided through a contract with DCYF. Families are referred by their social worker.
- Triple Point: Local program for LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex) youth, 12 to 18 years old. Provides a safe place where youth can make positive connections, learn about community resources, receive the support they need, receive counseling, as well as participate in regular meetings with other LGBTQ+ youth and group leaders.
School Success
- Readiness to Learn: works with children so they can be successful in school and in the community. Serves students in the Entiat, Eastmont and Wenatchee school districts.
- Truancy Invention Program: gives students a boost to help improve attendance. Serves students in the Wenatchee School District in partnership with Chelan County Juvenile Center.

Latinos Unidos en Acción ALIANZA (L.U.N.A.A) is a comprehensive youth/ young adults engagement program that provides guidance, representation, academic scholarships and mentorship to equip students to achieve their full potential academically, in professional careers and in their personal life. Can assist students with mentorship, applications for WAFSA/FAFSA, workshops and Loteria game nights, and “Healing Together” Support for Latinx/ First generation students. Alianza offers workshops for understanding gender and sexuality in English and Spanish for parents and family whos loved ones identiify as LGBTQ+, book clubs with a focus on LATINX & LGBTQ+ stories and characters, and peer support for LGBTQ+ youth and adults.

Provides support and information for youth exploring their gender identity and sexual orientation, with weekly meetings for male, female and trans youth across King County.
Offers a variety of support groups for LGBTQ youth that provide peer and adult social support and information for youth exploring issues of gender and sexuality. Groups are located in Seattle as well as Enumclaw, Maple Valley, East Renton, Vashon, Covington, Snoqualmie, South Auburn, Carnation and Lake Forest Park. Support groups are facilitated by adult volunteers.

Services include a community center, education opportunities, mentorship, and monthly support groups for adults, youth, and families. Limited financial assistance is available as funds allow for gender-affirming costs, name changes, hormone treatments, and other expenses approved on a case-by-case basis. Financial assistance is limited to once per year, with a $200 limit.
