Elder Connections offered at Washington West African Center
Provides grandparents and other elders the opportunity to connect with each other.
Provides grandparents and other elders the opportunity to connect with each other via WhatsApp group chat. Allows them to converse in their native language, keep their culture alive, and foster a sense of community for those who may not leave their home or know very little English.

Senior and Community Center offered at Port Angeles Senior Center
Center is a multi purpose recreational Center for those 45 and above. Along with our recreational component, we offer a variety of services, as well as rental of rooms for private parties, businesses, and community groups.
The Senior Center offers a wide range of activities from fitness/wellness classes, pickleball, educational classes, card games, and day trips. They also publish a monthly newsletter. Coastal Community Action Program runs the Senior Nutrition lunch program and meals are served, Mon-Fri, between 12pm and 1pm (no need for reservations and you can show up anytime between 12-1p. Home delivery is available. Other services include: support groups, Medicare assistance, Senior Information and assistance, foot care, and massage.
