Provides advocacy-based counseling for victims of domestic violence.  Advocates meet with clients in a safe location to discuss safety planning, provide support groups and other resources and offer moral support. Safety is the primary concern for victims, their children and staff.  Advocates do not meet clients in their homes, and do not meet with couples. Legal advocacy for survivors with court issues related to domestic violence, including protection orders, divorce, parenting plans, employment rights, housing, and eviction. Limited child care may be available.

Provides a trained advocate who facilitates a support group of 6 to 12 participants who are Domestic Violence survivors. This group is a closed group that runs for 11 weeks. Some topics include: - Boundaries, - Coping Skills vs. Codependency, - Rebuilding trust with yourself, and - What are red, orange, yellow, and green flags when you're with someone.

HFCC victim services include DV support group, domestic violence and sexual assault support and crisis intervention, advocacy, legal advocacy, emergency and transitional housing. HFCC also provides support, advocacy, intervention and legal advocacy to victims of general crime.

Free, holistic groups and psychoeducational learning opportunities for women who have been impacted by domestic violence, aimed at supporting healing and wellness. Focus on increasing nervous systems resiliency, supporting rest and renewal after domestic violence, and recovering a felt sense of safety. Includes Circle of Security parenting support, trauma sensitive yoga, healthy relationship skill building, expressive arts, and stress management groups. Free childcare available upon request.

Provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, crisis 24-hour domestic hotline, legal advocacy, women's support groups, advocacy-based counseling, children's programs, and housing services for victims of domestic violence and their children.

Offers confidential, trauma-informed support groups for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Groups provide a safe space for participants to share experiences, build coping skills, and connect with peers. Specialized groups may be available for Spanish-speaking survivors and youth. Group facilitators provide guidance, education, and referrals to additional services as needed.

Offers workshop programs focused on addressing and healing personal and collective trauma for Native women and men. Topics include trust, anger, domestic violence, chemical dependency, and self-advocacy. Each program is tailored to the participants and their individual needs. Workshops typically include a sweat or talking circle component which feature traditional healing practices and educational therapy.

Offers advocacy and an 8 week support group working with women of all races, transgender women and those of the LGBTQ community. Provides education and support toward reaching and maintaining stability and regaining self-esteem after leaving an abuser. Group meets on Thursdays in an undisclosed location. Group members receive a $20 gas card as well as dinner. Child care is also provided.

Offers various support groups for survivors of domestic violence. Groups are offered at confidential South King County locations, virtually, and are available in English and Spanish. Limited child care may be available.

Offers facilitated peer support groups to victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault: Domestic Violence, Adult and Adolescent Sexual Assault Survivor. Meetings are held at various locations throughout Skagit County.

Offers support groups for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Works with both primary and secondary victims. Provides specific support groups for LGBTQ Asians and Pacific Islanders.

Men of Compassion provides support, mentorship, healing and empowerment for abused and abusive men through support groups, crisis counseling, educational forums and other support services. Groups are held at the Hillyard Baptist Church each 2nd and 4th Friday evening.

Psycho-educational and therapeutic support groups led by therapists and advocates.

Offers support, advocacy, and information to those affected by an abusive intimate partner relationship or sexual assault. Abuse may be physical, emotional, and/or sexual. Services are available in Spanish, and translation is available for all other languages. Services are available to teens and children and outreach services available to rural communities.  Confidential shelter housing is available.

Project DVORA works with survivors of domestic violence, specifically intimate partner violence. We help survivors who are currently involved in an abusive relationship, actively exiting an abusive relationship, or still experiencing abuse from a previous relationship (for example, co-parenting with an ex-partner). Advocates facilitate support groups and help survivors navigate the legal system, and share community resources. Our program also guides and empowers the Jewish community through prevention programs and trainings to local schools, rabbis, and other community leaders.

Provides various resources for victims of domestic violence, including a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter, emergency food and clothing, legal advocacy, support groups, comprehensive referrals to affordable housing options, and other supportive services, as needed. - Advocacy-based counseling: a cooperative effort shared between a client and an advocate with the primary focus on empowerment through reinforcing the client's autonomy and self-determination by using non-victim-blaming problem-solving methods that include: identifying barriers to safety, developing safety checking and planning skills, clarifying issues; providing options; solving problems, increasing self-esteem and self-awareness, and improving and implementing skills in decision making, parenting, self-help, and self-care. - Legal Advocacy: support and advocacy for clients as they navigate the legal system as related to the issue of domestic violence, such as filing for a protection order. Referrals are made to other service providers when any legal issue is beyond the scope of services provided by DVS. - Girls Circle/Boy's Council: a support group to encourage the development of strength, courage, confidence, honesty, and communication skills for youth, 8-18 years of age. Groups are held weekly to connect with each other and engage in activities that allow them to express themselves through curriculum-based activities like role play, drama, journaling, poetry, dance, drawing, and collage. - Resources and Referrals: Provides centralized resource and referral service to a wide variety of community and governmental programs. Provides training and technical assistance to other service providers and the public. Teen Dating Violence Education & Prevention: Works closely with local schools, educational professional, counselors and other providers who work with families and teens, to provide prevention education and intervention for teens. Teens can call the crisis line (509-582-9841 option 1) or meet with an advocate to talk about what is going on in their relationship, and to find out about available services and options. Parents, or other supportive adults, can call the crisis line or meet with an advocate to talk about how to help their teen who may be dealing with an abusive relationship. - Women's English & Spanish Support Groups: Provides support groups that are a safe place where victims and survivors can learn more about abuse, talk about their abuse, get support, and obtain helpful resources, which will provide tools to move forward towards a healthy and happy life. Call 509.582.9841 option 1 for schedule. - Housing Assistance: comprehensive referrals to affordable housing options for those who are at risk of losing their housing, relocating, or having trouble securing housing, due to their experience as a victim of domestic violence. May also assist with rental assistance to prevent an eviction or deposit assistance to get into a safe place.

Focuses on abusive power and control issues in relationships that often times result in physical or emotional battery. Relationships not only include husband and wife, but also immediate and extended families or significant others in "live in, (or lived) together" relationships. These confidential groups provide a safe, supportive environment to help break down the barriers of isolation and explore the topic of domestic violence. Curriculum is facilitated in each group so each participant has the opportunity to learn, heal, and manage the impact of their experiences. Each person has the opportunity to talk about needs, resources, and participates at a level they feel comfortable with. Child care available during support group for attendees.

Assists domestic violence and sexual assault victims and victims of crimes with a wide range of services to help them overcome their current situation. All services are provided without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, gender identity and orientation, creed, age, marital status, mental or physical disability, or any other basis prohibited by law.The services are the following: -  Assistance with protective orders-  A 24-hour crisis line -  Information and referral -  Support groups for women and youth -  Emergency services -  Court support -  Temporary shelter for physically and/or emotionally abused victims and their children-  Help with crime victims compensation -  Legal advocacy, including assistance in obtaining protection orders, divorce or custody -  Assistance with other social service organizations, law enforcement officers, and the court system -  Education about domestic violence dynamics

Offers a variety of services, including a 24-hour crisis hotline for education, support, and safety planning; support group sessions; and walk-in or phone advocacy. Legal advocacy services provide information and assistance in completing protection orders and may provide court accompaniment to the Protection Order Court at the Clark County Courthouse. Also provides cell phones that dial 911 at any time. There is a gender-inclusive emergency domestic violence shelter (which includes a Children's Advocacy Program (CAP) for residents).

Provides emergency shelter, 24-hour crisis intervention, support groups, information & referrals, and free confidential victim advocacy for domestic violence victims. Also provides free prevention and community education opportunities, including presentations, training, outreach events, brochures and other written materials.

Periodically offers support groups for Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Limited child care may be available. All support groups are in American Sign Language.
