Assists with advocacy for ICW families court paperwork, attend court hearings, contact tribes, resources for families. Supervised visits are set up to provide the optimum visit with your child. To avoid conflict we require that the custodial parent drop the child off ten minutes before the visiting parent arrives and ten minutes after visiting parent leaves. Visits are supervised to assure that appropriate voice, words, and physical touches are used. Each visit is documented and available to therapists, attorneys, guardian ad items and the court. The supervisor must be within hearing and sight at all times. Supervisors may be called to testify in some cases.

Offers supervised visitation. Offers a comprehensive 12-week online course that includes weekly interaction on ZOOM with a parent group, as well as an individual parent coach. Online course provides security, privacy, flexibility and accountability.

When the non-custodial parent arrives the child(ren) and parent spend time together while the visitation supervisor observes and documents their interactions. Parent exchange program that provides a safe environment for parental exchanges for visitations. A visitation supervisor is assigned to the child for the time between pick up and drop off. Each parent will check in/out the child(ren) and show ID.
