Assists non-English and limited English speaking persons to find the help they need. Provides translation and interpretation services to assist individuals with appointments, phone calls, paperwork, and referrals.

Provides peer counseling, referrals and assistance to refugee and immigrants. Case managers assist with cultural transition issues, understanding immigration requirements as well as applying for food, housing and other benefits.

Provides bilingual, bi-cultural (Spanish/English) support for residents who are unable to, or unsure of how to, access resources on their own or problem-solve issues that present with barriers moving forward.

Helps older immigrant adults and their families with applying for benefits, as well as looking for job training, or affordable housing. Provides citizenship education and helps with preparing necessary paperwork.

Offers translation and interpretation services for refugees. Some limited assistance may be available for other immigrants.

Provides in person and telephonic interpretation for people from or speaking West African languages including Mandinka, Fula, Jola, Wolof and more.

Provides a general assistance and referral service for both immigrants and people/organizations that provide services to immigrants.  Assists Spanish-speaking clients with legal, medical, translation, employment, and cultural support.
