Provides sliding scale veterinary services to low-income housed individuals, and free services to those who are experiencing homelessness including vaccinations, sick animal care, examinations and flea care.

- Dog and Cat DHPP/FVRCP vaccines
- Rabies vaccines
- Dog Lepto vaccines
- Dog Bordatella/kennel cough vaccines
- Medically needed nail trims
- Medically needed anal gland expression
- Flea protection
- Deworming
- Microchipping
- Spay/neuter appointments
Also strives to offer pet supplies such as food, leashes and other items, as available.

Pasado's Safe Haven fights animal cruelty by rescuing and rehabilitating the victims of these crimes.
Provides rescue and rehabilitation for dogs, cats, and farm animals that are victims of animal cruelty. Pasado's works with animal control and other police agencies to rescue the animals, investigate, assist, and build a case against those who harm animals.

Offers no-cost veterinary care to people in Washington State that are unhoused or low-income. Services include the following:
- General care including preventive, wellness checks, vaccinations, flea treatment, ear treatments, wound care, medication management and limited diagnostic testing
- Surgery: those needing surgery will be put on a waitlist and scheduled for one of the procedure days.
- Medication refills
Does NOT provide emergency services.
Pawsitive Alliance visits the clinic on the 4th Saturday each month to provide a wide selection of pet food and supplies.
