Offers a customized job skills training program that prepares students for entry-level teaching jobs in childcare.   Ten-week training program offers up to 36 hours per week of in-class instruction, homework and an off-site internship at a licensed childcare center. Instruction focuses on caring for children, health and safety, job readiness, pre-employment ESL and computer basics. Upon successful completion, the childcare teacher trainees receive Washington State STAR Basic Childcare Training Certificates. Participants may also receive assistance with transportation, job interviews and job placement follow up as well as career counseling and job advancement strategies.   Rotates between ReWA's Seattle, SeaTac and Kent offices, depending on demand.

Offers free job preparation classes to non-native English speakers who are immigrants, refugees, or citizens living in Bellevue.   Topics include "Preparing for Work" and "On the Job Communications. "   Applicants must be interested in finding work now or in the near future.   All applicants will be assessed and placed in the correct class depending on availability and level of ESL literacy.   Classes will be conducted in English.

Provides ESL and workforce training to Limited English Proficient clients out of the High Point Center. Provides case management, employment and related services to immigrants and refugee residents. In partnership with Literacy Source, a community-based organization, contracted by the City to provide educational services including classroom instruction.

Provides employability assessments, career counseling, classroom and work-site training, job search preparation, matching, and placement services, and internship opportunities.
