Provides temporary and full-time employment opportunities for individuals facing employment barriers. Specializes in assisting people with disabilities, veterans, those experiencing homelessness, and those with justice system involvement in getting back into the workforce through employee training, placement, and support.

Helps employ disabled workers in a variety of positions including shelf stocking, custodial work, grounds maintenance, food service and cleaning.  Positions under federal contracts located in Oak Harbor and Marysville.

Provides advocacy, information and referral, residential and vocational supports, brokerage support, and supported employment. The Supported Living Program provides daily living assistance, including live-in care. Support can include medication administration, financial paperwork and budgeting assistance, assistance with chores and cooking, and social supports.
