Helps individuals prepare and enter the workforce by tailoring to their needs, interests, and skills. Tries to match each individual with the right employer. Provide a wide range of services to support individuals find pathways to a successful career, including employment planning, vocational assessment, job placement, job development, job training, and job retention and more. Works with the Developmental Disability Administration, Division Vocational Rehabilitation, and Foundational Community Services.
