Grays Harbor Community Hospital has many distinct Departments which specialize in a particular area of healthcare, or work to facilitate the ongoing processes within our organization.  Departments include: Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiac Cath Lab, Critical Care Unit, Chemical Dependency Services, Diagnostic Imaging, Emergency Department, Family Birthing Center, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy, Surgical Services, and Wound Healing Center.

The Cowlitz Family Health Center Harm Reduction Program includes multiple wrap-around services to support the population that accesses the syringe exchange service including:  - 1:1 exchange of clean syringe equipment for used syringe equipment - Health education - Hepatitis C and HIV screening and referral for care - Family Planning, including birth control counseling, contraception (Depo Provera), emergency contraception, and pregnancy testing - Naloxone for overdose prevention - Wound care - Assistance in enrolling in Medicaid for qualified individuals - Referral for primary care, dental care, substance use disorder treatment, medication assisted treatment and community services

Provides the following healthcare services to drug users, focusing on issues that occur as a result of injecting drugs. - Abscess treatment and care - Vein care consultation - HIV/hepatitis testing and counseling - Hepatitis A & B vaccinations - TB screening - Treatment for colds and upper respiratory infections - Harm reduction education - Narcan Offers counseling and case management as well as referrals to drug treatment and other health and social services. Connects users to Buprenorphine and Methadone treatment.
