Specially trained Community Health Nurses visit families in their home.
Specially trained Community Health Nurses visit families in their home throughout the pregnancy and continue to visit until the child is 2 years old. The nurses visit weekly and bi-weekly during the pregnancy, infancy and toddler period. The education curriculum includes information during each phase of the development. This relationship based model builds on the parent’s strengths supporting the parent child relationship, healthy parent-child outcomes and goals for the future helping first time parents succeed. This program is free to eligible women.

Offers free nurse home visits for caregivers and their newborns.
Provides a medical check-up on the birth parent and the baby, as well as education for the family, lactation assistance, answers to any questions the family may have, and connection to local resources that help families thrive.
Also offers weekly support with a virtual and in-person Baby Lounge - a place for all families with babies to connect and learn together as parents. Groups are facilitated by a health professional. There are child care stipends available, and refreshments are provided.

Serves those who are pregnant or have children under 1 yr old that receive medical insurance through the State of Washington.
Provides professional in-home visits by a staff of licensed nurses, counselors, and dietitians for low income or at-risk pregnant women who are facing barriers to having a healthy pregnancy.
Works with women during pregnancy and, depending on her needs, into her baby's first year of life.
Each client is provided with one-on-one counseling and education, in her home or place of residence, to help her have a healthy pregnancy and take needed steps to prepare and provide for her family.
Also assists with resources life skills classes, community events, vital needs (such as diapers, car seats/cribs and food), job training, and many other services and resources to help women succeed.
Moms can also continue to attend events and gatherings, even after they are not currently in the program.
