Offers a center where seniors 55+ gather with friends and other adults their own age to participate in a variety of activities.  Offers foot care.

For those age 60 and older who can't manage their own foot care and for individuals of any age with diabetes.  Those under 60 with handicapping conditions may receive services.

Coordinates various activities for seniors, such as: bingo, dances, and gatherings to bring seniors together. Also provides blood pressure and foot screenings that must be pre-registered for.

Provides a place for various senior activities including meals. Regular meals are served on Mondays and Thursdays and special Japanese meals on Wednesdays. The serving starts at noon and reservations are encouraged. Other senior activities include: tech support, crafts, and workshops on health, nutrition, and/or safety. Bingo every Thursday 10:30am -11:45am.

Provides a variety of health services, activities and trips to seniors in the area.   Free and low cost health services for seniors include:  - health screenings for diabetes,    - blood pressure screenings,    - cardiovascular screenings,    - skin cancer screening,    - foot care clinics and,  - a medical supply lending closet.   Other supports include things like:  - free hair cuts,    - free trips to local grocery stores  - caregiver kits,  - and trips to fun events throughout Puget Sound.
