Some students are involved in developmental courses or basic courses to get ready for college-level studies.  With a range of professional-technical programs, convenient locations, evening, day, and weekend courses, plus an increasing variety of learning options, Olympic College responds to a wide range of educational needs. OC also offers the services necessary to support successful learning experiences, such as advising, testing, orientation, admissions, and placement, among others.

Edmonds Community College has an open admission policy. Under this policy, all students are admitted when it is determined by the Chief Admission Officer, or other designee, that the student meets the admissions criteria.

EvCC offers a variety of university transfer, professional, technical, vocational, job skills, basic skills and personal enrichment courses and programs.

Offers college credit classes, non-credit classes, computer training, worker retraining program, GED preparation, and high school completion classes at a variety of sites including Tacoma and Gig Harbor.
