Conducts an educational-based program for children with special needs. Teaching staff works closely with each child's school and parents to create the best possible program for the child. Offers one-on-one and group activities to teach social skills, independent living skills, vocational skills and community awareness. Peer tutors from Blanchet High School and Seattle Prep provide a positive role model and work with programs on a one-on-one basis. Offers home visits.

Provides a structured, caring residential program for boys ages 11-18 whose emotional/behavioral problems prevent them from living in their own homes or foster homes.  The school provides individual and group psychotherapy, an academic program that is delivered in partnership with the Anacortes School District, dual diagnosis treatment for chemical dependency, and an on-and-off-Island work program.  Services include recreational, educational and process groups, adult mentoring, medication evaluation and management, behavioral programming, case management and individual therapy.

Offers a residential and day school for deaf or hard of hearing children.   Residential program includes cottages for girls and boys.   Students are supervised by a residential program supervisor, deans, student life counselors and a recreational director.   Meals and medical care are provided on campus.   Varsity and junior varsity sports are offered in football, basketball, soccer and volleyball.   Day School Program offers all courses required to be accredited by the state. Local students attend school during the day and return home every evening.   Student Support Services personnel include school psychologist, audiologist, counselors, speech/language pathologists, vocational and career specialists and an ASL specialist.   Transportation is provided weekly for residential students to their homes.   The local Educational Service District is contracted to provide daily transportation for day students.
