Sells ORCA cards, which can be used to pay the fare on buses and trains in the Puget Sound region. The ORCA card works like cash or a pass, automatically tracking the value of different fares and transfers. Between $5 and $300 can be added to the card’s E-purse to pay for trips, or a monthly pass can be purchased for an unlimited number of trips during a month. The E-purse and the electronic monthly pass can be on the same ORCA card, and E-purse can be used to cover any additional fares beyond the monthly pass.

Partners with Christian churches to combine resources to provide clothing, motel vouchers, food baskets, furniture, haircut coupons, laundry vouchers, meals, non-food pantry items, bus passes (GTA), and advocacy. Local Kitsap County fixed-route bus service serving Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Kingston and Bainbridge Island. Our buses are equipped to load, secure and unload passengers in wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Bus service operates Monday through Saturday. Customer Service also provides bus schedule information over the phone. Everett Station serves as a transportation hub as well as a career development center. In addition, the Everett Station offers residents and visitors a unique look into the history of Everett through its informative and beautiful artwork.

Offers a reduced-fare program for area residents whose household income is at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or below. The card is valid for rides on the following: -  King County Metro buses, ST Link Light Rail, Everett Transits & Pierce Transit -  Sound Transit trains, buses and light rail -  Seattle street cars -  King County water taxis The reduced fare must be paid with a valid ORCA LIFT card, which is registered and issued to each individual user. It works the same way a regular ORCA card does. -  Use the E-Purse feature and place any amount between $5 and $300 on the ORCA LIFT card. This is a good choice if the card is used occasionally. When the user taps the card on the ORCA reader, the ORCA LIFT fare will be deducted from the E-purse. -  A monthly PugetPass can be loaded on the ORCA LIFT card for unlimited rides for the entire month. This is a good choice for regular riders.   The ORCA LIFT card is valid for 24 months. After it expires, the ORCA LIFT card will charge regular adult fares, including any peak and zone charges, for rides. To continue paying the reduced fare, the cardholder will have to requalify for the ORCA LIFT program and get a new card.

Provides Resource Navigation to support individual's and family's immediate and future areas of need as well as setting goals for a more sustainable future. Offers a variety of resources to help connect, provide, or work one-on-one to access items like basic utility support, rental assistance (City of Monroe and City of Snohomish only) transportation resources, employment, legal, and more. Provides assistance for Benton and Franklin County Veterans, their families, and the families of deceased Veterans who meet the eligibility criteria for assistance. Community referrals to partner agencies for housing, case management services, VA claims and other services are given when needed. Services may include: utility assistance, rental/mortgage assistance, application fee/background checks for housing or pre-employment, up to 1 week in a motel for homeless veterans, bus passes, food vouchers, burial expenses (up to $1,000), necessary safety equipment required by employer to gain employment, dental assistance (up to $2,000), and childcare assistance.

Offers a variety of services focused on assisting the unhoused, Food: Sandwiches, snacks, water, and select canned goods & dry goods, as supplies last first come first serve Mail: Client needs to sign mail agreement form. We do not accept packages. Bus Tickets: as supplies last, bus tickets weekly. Resource Referrals: Referrals are made based on need & requested assistance. ID Replacement: Assistance with identifying locations for free IDs and/or directly assisting with ID replacements. Case Management: Assistance on a case-by-case basis and requested assistance.

Provides local fixed route bus services to residents of Clallam County.  Bus service routes connect riders from the west side of Clallam County in Neah Bay and La Push through Port Angeles and Joyce to the east side in Sequim and Diamond Point, as well as service to Bainbridge Island.

Assists residents of the Cascade School District and Cashmere with the following services: rent, utility shut-off prevention (water & power only), gas vouchers, bus tokens, or bus passes, and emergency shelter referrals.

Provides fixed-route bus services throughout Benton and Franklin Counties. Also, provides free youth passes for 18 and younger, which are available at the Customer Service Office /Three Rivers Transit Center and on the bus from drivers. Assists low-income individuals with emergency services, such as: food, clothing, gas voucher for medical appointment or job interview, transit bus pass, or any other essential needs.

Issues permanent and temporary Regional Reduced Fair Permits (RRFPs) to senior riders, riders with a disability and Medicare card holders for discounted rates on the following public transportation systems in the Puget Sound region: - Metro Transit - Community Transit - Everett Transit - Pierce Transit - Intercity Transit - Jefferson Transit - Skagit Transit - Kitsap Transit - Sound Transit - Mason Transit - Washington State Ferries - King County Water Taxi - Seattle Streetcar Temporary RRFPs may be issued for disabilities that will expire over time; permanent RRFPs are offered for disabilities that are lifelong and persistent. Those who become qualified for an RRFP could also be eligible for the Taxi Scrip program, if certain income requirements are met. A Personal Care Attendant Ride Free RRFP-PCA is also available if certain requirements are met.

Provides limited financial help on a case-by-case basis for assistance including utilities, food handler cards, ID renewal, and at times limited bus tokens. Cremation/burial assistance extremely limited.

Provides fully subsidized annual transit pass to those enrolled in certain state benefit programs to be used on - King County Metro - King County Water Taxi - Access Transportation - Via to Transit - Sound Transit - Seattle Monorail - Seattle Streetcar - Trailhead Direct Provides partially subsidized annual passes (ORCA Lift) to low-income area residents. The subsidized annual pass will cover all trips from Metro to Metro, from Sound Transit to Sound Transit, and from Metro to/from Sound Transit. If a customer uses their subsidized ORCA LIFT card to pay for travel on Community Transit, Pierce Transit, Kitsap Transit, or Everett Transit, standard transfer rules apply for transfers within and between those transit agencies.

Provides various housing programs for families and individuals living in Asotin County. Offers Coordinated Entry, Homeless Diversion, and Housing and Essential Needs (HEN). - Coordinated entry is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs. - Diversion is a fast paced, short-term case management program that can assist the individual/household(s) with solving problems and barriers by utilizing the existing strengths and resources of the individual/household(s). We can assist with limited flexible funding, based on eligibility, in order to assist the individual/household with obtaining permanent housing which can include relocation and other activities that support obtaining permanent. - Housing and Essential Needs Grant Funds can only be used to support HEN eligible clients that qualify as homeless or at-risk of homelessness. Provides financial assistance for individuals with disabilities that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with the CARES Act, CWDR is able to provide one-time financial aid to individuals with disabilities in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding to be utilized as rental assistance, food assistance, medical payment/COVID testing fees, utility bills, phone bills, necessary transportation, or to secure PPE and cleaning supplies. Also provides information and referral assistance in locating accessible housing assistive technology, social security information, transportation, communication access, service animals, and other topic commonly associated with disabilities.
