BFT Connect & General Demand Transportation offered by Ben Franklin Transit
Provides on-demand ride services in six service zones across Benton and Franklin Counties.
BFT Connect provides on-demand ride services in six service zones throughout the Tri-Cities. This is not door-to-door transportation; it is a first and last mile service, which connects riders to major bus stops and transit centers. Depending on your location, pick- up locations may be at the nearest intersection. Rides must start and end in the same zone (please see link for clarification and zone maps). This is a shared ride service, so you may ride with additional people along your route, each traveling to different places.
The six BFT Connect zones are the following:

- Route 100 (Health Express Shuttle): Provides two fixed routes, weekday transportation service from Moses Lake to Wenatchee for medical appointments, making stops in Ephrata, Quincy, and LINK station. Open to the general public and is primarily used for medical appointments, but may be used by anyone who needs transportation to Wenatchee. Seating may be limited so call People for People to book transportation arrangements.
- Route 101 (Lincoln County Community Connector): Provides fare-free fixed-route services in Lincoln County. The connector runs along Highway 2 Corridor from Coulee Dam to Davenport. The ADA accessible buses stop at designated sites in Coulee Dam, Grand Coulee, Wilbur, Creston, and Davenport with connecting service to Spokane and Okanogan County. Service to Spokane is provided by Special Mobility Services (SMS) and the Okanogan service is provided by Okanogan County Transportation & Nutrition (OCTN).
- Route 102 (Adams, Benton & Franklin County Connector): The Connectors travel along highway 17 corridor starting in Othello with stops in Connell, Mesa, and into the Tri-cities (connects with Ben-Franklin Transit). The routes may deviate to pick-up and drop-off passengers between Basin City and Tri-Cities if they make a reservation with the Moses Lake office a day ahead.
- Route 104 (Othello, Warden & Moses Lake): Provides fare-free fixed route transportation in Adams and Grant Counties. Travels along Highway 17 and 24 Corridors with roundtrip stops in Moses Lake, Warden, and Othello. Call for any additional information during hours of operation.
- Route 105 (Moses Lake & Ritzville): Provides roundtrip transportation between Moses Lake and Ritzville. It runs by reservation only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. People are picked up from their homes and taken to Ritzville to make connections with the SMS Community Shuttle Connector to go to Spokane.
- Route 106 (Odessa, Ritzville & Moses Lake): Connects between Odessa, Ritzville, Moses Lake.
- Route 107(Wilbur & Moses Lake): Connects between Wilbur and Moses Lake. Reservation only, the 2nd Monday of the month. Stops in Wilbur's surrounding areas, if requested, to go to Moses Lake. Individuals get picked up at their homes.
- Route 108 (Wilbur & Spokane): Connects between Wilbur and Spokane. Reservation only, the 4th Monday of the month. It goes from Wilbur (surrounding areas upon request) to Spokane—individuals get picked up at home.
