Provides non-cash housing and other assistance for those who are unable to work for at least 90 days due to a physical or mental incapacity. Housing and Essential Needs grant funds: - Can only be used to support HEN eligible clients that qualify as homeless or at-risk of homelessness. - Allowable financial assistance for housing may include monthly rent, overdue rent, and security deposit. - Utilities assistance is limited to electricity, natural gas, sewer, water, garbage and utility deposits. Essential Needs: Assistance includes help with obtaining personal health and hygiene items (such as toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper), cleaning supplies (such as laundry and dish soap), and bus passes. Assistance cannot be provided through gift cards, vouchers, or certificates.

Provides a free community dinner for individuals of all ages who are in need. Also provides limited free non-food items, such as toiletries, paper products, feminine products, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, diapers, etc.

Provides basic needs essentials for anyone struggling to meet their needs, including food items, hygiene/toiletries, basic household cleaning supplies, baby items, health/safety items, and homeless care kits. Hygiene/Toiletry items may include feminine hygiene, soap, shampoo & conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, toilet paper, etc. Basic Household Cleaning Supplies may include dish/laundry soap, fabric softener, multi-purpose cleaner, etc. Baby Items may include diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, ointment, etc. Homeless Care Kits may include travel-size hygiene, hand warmers, socks, warm clothing/coats, water bottles, wipes/hand sanitizer, toilet paper, sleeping bags, backpacks, etc. Emergency essentials available based on donation. Partial Other Bank visits, which exclusively include menstrual support, diapers, and bladder control, may be done once each week at either the Olympia or Lacey Food Pantry sites during normal hours.

The HEN program provides essential household needs that cannot be purchased with food stamps to qualified individuals. The items are distributed at the Everett Gospel Mission. Eligibility for the HEN program is determined by DSHS. If a client is eligible for HEN, they will be notified by DSHS. Not everyone who is deemed eligible will receive assistance. Qualified individuals are able to take with them household cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products, and transportation assistance. These products can be picked up once a month or every other month (depends on funding).

Offers hygiene supplies to families with children in the Ferndale School District who qualify for free/reduced lunch. Supplies offered include toilet paper, bar soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, menstrual pads and tampons, deodorants, razors, diapers, and adult incontinence supplies.

Provides shelf-stable foods, clothing, and toiletries. Also provides access to laundry through $10 laundry gift cards (redeemable at All-Star Laundromat), detergent, and dryer sheets.

Location also has Pet food bank.   Hygiene products and household items are available, as donations allow. Home delivery service provides groceries once a week in the following cities: Tacoma, University Place, Parkland, Spanaway, Lakewood, Puyallup, Fife, Federal Way, Algona, and Pacific.

If you are a family with children or an adult over age 60 and live on a limited income, you may qualify for assistance with household cleaning supplies and personal hygiene supplies..
