The HIV Day Center is a drop-in center for people living with HIV/AIDS. Services include hot breakfasts and lunches, access to phones, a mail drop, computers with internet access, TV, VCR, clothing, shower, and hygiene supplies.

Provides a day center for women and girls of any age who are involved with commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking but are transitioning out. Offers food, clothing, laundry, hygiene items and showers, as well as overnight stays.

Virtual appointments may be made with an attorney to assist with parenting plans, criminal record expungement or immigration assistance.

The youth centers provide services such as shower, laundry, food, clothes and hygiene products, job-training opportunities, tutoring, mentoring, activities, email and mail service. Youth are encouraged to commit themselves to case management so as to help them deliberately with making changes in their lives.

Family Drop-in Center offered at Catholic Community Services Family Housing Network
Provides a day center for families with children experiencing homelessness. Once a family signs in, they can sign up for showers and/or laundry and have access to kitchen facilities to cook food (family has to provide their own food).

Families can connect to Coordinated Entry if they haven't already had a conversation, or if their time expired on the Priority Pool (sign-in is at 9am, limited number of appointments, first-come, first-served).
A case manager is on hand to assist families with additional resources, including helping families to locate any available overnight shelter openings.
Access to the day center is NOT access to the housing programs. The permanent housing programs offered through the Family Housing Network still require referrals through Coordinated Entry.

Weekly Laundry Service offered at Salvation Army - Bremerton
Provides a weekly service to launder clothing for individuals that are homeless, or at-risk of homelessness. Drop off clothes and pick up the next business day. If clothes are dropped off on Friday, they can be picked up on Monday.

Offers hospitality, refreshments, hygiene facilities, a community kitchen and connection to services. Focused on serving adults ages 18 and older who are experiencing homelessness in the Kent area. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.

Financial Assistance offered at MANNA - Ministry Assisting Neighbors In Need With Agape
Provides assistance (up to $75 per year) for utilities, any sort of heating, some medical prescriptions, employer directed work clothes, and transit passes in the Port Angeles area. Call to schedule an appointment.

Second Chance Center (Day Shelter) offered at Benton Franklin Community Action Connections
Provides a day center for homeless families with children, families living doubled-up, or families in imminent danger of becoming homeless. The center is designed to be a place for homeless families with children to stay during the day.

These homeless families will also be referred to other services in the area that are available at other agencies. This is the only program of its kind in the bi-counties and the need for a day center for homeless families with children is identified as a top need in the area.
Also provides one week worth of diapers for children birth-17 years of age once per month.
Community Empowerment Program offered at A New Start In Life
Provides a shower, restrooms, laundry services, and haircuts on Tuesdays at 9am. As available, provides clothing, food items, and furniture as well.
ANSIL maintains a service center that offers a wide variety of services for the community, including assistance and counseling in housing, employment, and education; laundry room; shower facilities; clothing bank; computer lab; mentorship; and food items for individuals & families in need, focusing on the low to no income homeless population.

Offers daytime drop-in center for ages 12-24, including counseling, resources, food, showers and laundry services. Overnight emergency shelter available for ages 18-24. Operates as a youth cooling center during weather advisories.
Drop-In Center & Resources:
The drop-in center provides teens and young adults a safe place to stay during the day to do homework, play games, socialize, work on personal goals or employment, or relax. Young people can also get a hot meal, talk to a caseworker, and get help with resources such as bus tickets or access to showers and laundry facilities. Arcadia staff can also provide referrals to employment training, educational assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and other services. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.
Overnight Emergency Shelter:
The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.
Dave's Day Center offered at Immanuel Community Services
Offers laundry and shower facilities for adults of all genders; no children. Also offers coffee service and a to-go meal. Serves as a cooling center.
