Operates a daytime drop-in center for women experiencing homelessness.   Women with children are welcome, but there are no specific services for children. Offers: -  Breakfast and lunch - Showers -  Laundry -  Phones and Computers - Temporary mailing address -  Clothing and toiletries -  Referrals to other resources   - Bus tickets Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.

Provides clothing and other items including toys, shoes, blankets, and household goods including towels, blankets, and dishes.  Cannot accept electrical items or furniture.

Provides help with rent or utilities (approximately $200) if funding allows, and limited assistance with clothing and furniture. Serves their parish boundaries within zip codes 98499, 98439 and JBLM. Assistance is provided once a year. Must have disconnect notice, or a pay or vacate notice for financial assistance.

Provides shelf-stable foods, clothing, and toiletries. Also provides access to laundry through $10 laundry gift cards (redeemable at All-Star Laundromat), detergent, and dryer sheets.

Hosts a drop-in resource center for homeless and at-risk youth ages 12 to 24. Allows youth to: - socialize, - get food, clothing and hygiene supplies, - talk confidentially with outreach workers, - get crisis counseling and crisis intervention, - access community resource information about education, legal advice, housing, employment, substance abuse, mental health, physical health and any other issue that they require assistance with. Workers advocate for participants to help them receive services. Showers available on-site for participants. Showers have accommodations for people with disabilities including a rail, bench, and small ramp for access.

Provides gently used, donated clothing to individuals and families in need. Clothing ranges from everyday wear to seasonal items. Provides essential personal care items to individuals and families facing hardship. Items available include hygiene products, toiletries and other necessities. Winter items include coats, hats, gloves, scarves, blankets, hand warmers and tents.

Provides food to anyone in need. Also offers clothing, furniture, hygiene products, housewares, and more are provided to the community for free. The Resource Center provides information about available resources for community members.

Offers a free clothing bank for males.

Operates a youth and young adult drop-in center. Provides safe space, school supplies, computer/Wi-Fi access, pantry/food bank, open mic, and community involvement activities. Also offers case management, homework club and tutoring workshops, and information or referral to other community resources.

Operates a clothing bank which provides free clothing and shoes for infants, children and adults. Also has hygiene products, bags and backpacks, and bedding available depending on donations.

Provides ready prepared meals to-go, clothing, and specialized information and referral to outside resources.

Offers four days worth of food to qualifying residents of rural South Kitsap county up to once per month.  Food available on an emergency basis by contacting the church.  Proof of address required.  All information is kept confidential.

Operates six food pantries throughout Yakima County located in the communities of Yakima, Sunnyside, Mabton, Wapato, White Swan and a pop-up food pantry in Ahtanum. So far, this fiscal year, the SOC Food Pantries programs monthly average is 3951 households / 14757 individuals served.

Provides a place for showers and hygiene packets for individuals in need. Also offers a clothing room by appointment.
