Provides vouchers to a St. Vincent de Paul thrift store. Provides beds through select neighborhood chapters in King County. Some restrictions and/or limits may apply. Not all areas of King County are served by a chapter not all existing neighborhood chapters provide help with furniture or beds.

(Does not serve Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Darrington).   ALL SERVICES ARE DEPENDENT UPON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING AT THE TIME OF THE REQUEST.  Offers clothing, furniture/beds, household items, food, rent/utilities assistance, prescription medication assistance, and other expenses on a case-by-case basis. Callers are referred to the St. Vincent de Paul volunteers in their area who may do a home visit to determine need.  Financial services are provided through a vouchering system.  Not all services are offered in all areas.

Provides one-time emergency grants up to $250 to post 9/11 wounded servicemembers or their caregivers for assistance with basic needs. Grant money is paid directly to the person owed the debt such as a landlord or utility company whenever possible. Examples of small grants include food, utilities, housing, clothing, health expenses, assistance with child care, vehicle repairs & other routine household expenses, home & vehicle adaption, funeral expenses, adaptive equipment, moving assistance, travel, etc.

Operates a store where all items sold have been donated by generous members of the North Central Washington community, including both private and business donations. Also provides beneficial hands-on job training to residents, giving them the necessary skills, experience, and education they need to go on to other employment opportunities. Makes quality clothing available for individuals that are working towards self-sufficiency, including a new job, interview, or are new to the professional work force. This service is free to participants in local employment preparation programs and students in high school and secondary schools.

Provides financial assistance for eligible families providing kinship care. Examples of items that qualify for financial assistance are listed below:   -  Food, clothing, transportation, household items -  Legal custody filing fees -  School uniforms, supplies, field trips, band instruments -  Sports and youth activities registrations, fees, uniforms, tutoring -  One-time help with rent or utilities to prevent eviction or shut-off

Provides school supplies, clothing vouchers, and hair cuts to families who qualify and have not received the same help from another agency.

Provides baby layettes, infant supplies, clothing, and household articles through a voucher. Assists with transportation, gas vouchers, school supplies, and emergency food when funding allows. Also provides financial assistance for rent and utilities, such as energy, water, sewer, garbage, and phone, when funding permits. Also operates a thrift store where donations are accepted.

Provides emergency financial assistance to wounded military personnel, disabled veterans, and their families, and first responders from the onset of injury or illness throughout their recovery period. Assistance is provided in the form of checks paid directly to vendors/service providers.   Financial assistance varies, based on individual needs ranging from rent, utilities, vehicle payments, groceries, clothing, and travel expenses. Services are subject to funds available at the time of request.

The Harm Reduction Health Center is a community-focused space dedicated to minimizing the adverse effects associated with substance use. We offer a range of services aimed at promoting health and safety among individuals who use substances. Harm Reduction & Education offered includes the following: Naloxone (Narcan) Wound Care Safer Use Supplies Syringe Services Substance Test Strips Hygiene Supplies Clothing Closet Support Group Reproductive Health & Safer Sex Supplies In-house Treatment Assessments Referrals to Community Partners and More.

Provides vouchers for use by individuals and families with developmental disabilities for the purchase of household items or clothing valued up to $50.

Provides limited basic needs and financial assistance to eligible applicants needing help as result of a current or recent (within 6 months) intimate partner abuse situation. Services are confidential. Provides financial assistance based on funding availability with: - Utility bill arrears - Housing: funds for landlord applications and move-in costs subject to funders guidelines while funds last. No rental assistance is available. - Food/Grocery items - Basic Clothing - Hygiene items/Toiletries - Prescriptions - Eyeglasses - Bus tickets/ Transport - Diapers - Baby formula   - Other infant needs Language interpretation is available in person or over the phone.

Provides one gift card per student for new school clothes before the start of the school year.

Assists low-income individuals with emergency services, such as: clothing, gas voucher for medical appointment or job interview, or any other essential needs.

Assistance with emergency, temporary, or short term needs. Assistance provided is **never** given in cash, but may be given as vouchers or as checks mailed directly to a landlord or utility company. Does not offer a food pantry.

Provides resource and referrals to families in crisis, as well as clothing, diapers, toiletries/hygiene goods, and thrift store vouchers to anyone who is in need.

A community hub where individuals and parents with children can attend programs and workshops, access community resources, connect with others, and receive information and referrals. Services vary by location but may include use of the phone, use of the fax, access to applications for subsidized apartments, and use of the computer work stations. Clients are not able to use the resource center as a mailing address.

Provides supplementary/emergency food for residents of the city of Kent.  May also provide clothing vouchers to be used at the St. James thrift store. Services may only be accessed once in a six-month period.

Provides general clothing & shoes, hygiene items, sleeping bags, food items, hot meals, gas vouchers, and information & referral services. Issues $5 checks to pay the fee for WA State IDs after applying for the DSHS ID program. Provides $15 senior vouchers that can be used at the Omak Senior Center for clothing, shoes, etc. Also listens to clients and offers prayer for those who are willing to receive it.

Provides limited help with basic needs such as transportation, clothing, and hygiene items if the need is emergent and other resources have been exhausted.  

Kinship Caregivers Support Services Program provides financial assistance to kinship caregivers (grandparents and relatives raising children) and assists them in obtaining resources necessary to help stabilize the family.   We can help pay for the cost of emergent needs incurred by grandparents or other relatives at the time a child comes to live with them, such as:   Clothing purchase   Food   Basic Supplies   Housing   Childcare   Relocation costs   Utility assistance

Helps military service members and their families who run into unexpected financial difficulties as a result of deployment or other hardships directly related to military service.   Assists with basic life needs and unanticipated financial needs such as:   -  Mortgage and rent -  Car payment -  Home and auto repairs -  Insurance   -  Utilities -  Food -  Clothing.    The financial assistance is in the form of up to $1,500 in grants that do not need to be repaid.   All grants are paid directly to the "creditor" (such as the electric company), and not to the individual.   Each case is reviewed individually and acceptance determined by a committee.   Applicants can receive funds only once every 18 months, and only twice total.   Second requests for assistance must be caused by a new situation and deployment.

Offers clothing, household items, hygiene, food and laundry vouchers. Provides case management support and access to computers for job searches and connecting to resources.

Provides vouchers to Vashon residents for Medical/dental, transportation cost assistance. some utility assistance. Will also assist Vashon Island disaster victims in finding appropriate resources.

A secondhand store offering women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. Proceeds will benefit YWCA Bellingham's housing programs, which offer safe shelter and support to over 40 women in need in our community.
