Provides case management assistance to help individuals living with HIV/AIDS find housing and related resources. Services include short and long-term housing search assistance, one-time emergency rental assistance for security deposits or to prevent evictions.

Offers a faith-based men's clean and sober group home where men are edified, encouraged, and discipled.

Coastal Community Action Program offers a limited transitional housing program that assist homeless families achieve self-sufficiency and a limited rental assistance program.

Offers a variety of housing options that help a family or individual become stably housed. RRH - Rapid Re-housing: Provides a rental subsidy to help families in the McKinney Program. Program also provides case management, and may last from 3 months to 2 years depending on the needs of the family. Homeless Set Aside Units - Works with local tax credit apartment complexes that have set aside units specifically for families experiencing homelessness. Case management is also part of this program. Also owns single occupancy units for individuals exiting shelter. SRO units have shared community areas, kitchens and bedroom facilities.

Provides transitional housing for up to ten women. Residents receive light case management assistance to set and achieve goals. Average length of stay is one year, but stays range from six months to one year. Provides the following services to residents: - Life skills - Classes - Employment Assistance - Weekly case management meetings - Bi-weekly house meetings

Provides short-term. transitional housing and case management for households experiencing homelessness.

Provides a long-term shelter with various programs which include case management, education, work skills, and post-shelter support. Additional programs may be available depending on needs. Families must be referred to the shelter and acceptance is based on availability and the family's willingness to work the program. Referrals often come from local pastors or outreach coordinators of local churches. The shelter also accepts referrals from DSHS, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Washington's Department of Children, Youth, and Families, Child Protective Services, Columbia River Mental Health, and Sea Mar Community Services Northwest.

Provides advocacy, counseling, and housing for at-risk youth who were once in the foster care system. A Transitional Living Program for homeless young adults, 18-21 years of age.   Provides an Independent Living Skills Program for youth in need of skills to live independently of family and/or state support.

Provides housing and case management for individuals and families recovering from addiction. Works in partnership with other local agencies in order to offer the most robust services and housing opportunities to clients. Stable housing gives patients the first step they need to start on the road to hope and healing. Offers many different types of housing programs, including transitional, short-term, long-term, and emergency.

Supportive housing provides the essential services and stability needed for individuals facing homelessness, domestic violence, or other crises. Transitional housing is available to individuals who are transitioning to the Spokane community from prisons or jails, have housing barriers due to past criminal records or are looking for an opportunity to start fresh in a safe place to grow in their recovery.

Community Reintegration Services (CRS) assist veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in developing and maintaining the skills necessary to succeed in community living. Services include: - Vocational Services where veterans can access job search assistance, job coaching, educational guidance, and vocational skill-building resources. - Community Shelter and Housing works with community providers to help homeless veterans find local shelters. - Outreach to homeless veterans. - Case Managed Housing maintains 160+ veterans in case-managed housing.

Connect is a 3-6-month program providing men the opportunity to stabilize from street life, form supportive relationships within a clean and sober environment, receive job readiness and life skills training, and support for housing and employment searches.

Provides confidential short-term housing to survivors of any gender, with or without children, who are fleeing an abusive intimate partner.   Clients can stay up to six months in individual apartments.   Support services include: -  DV advocacy -  Legal advocacy -  Housing search assistance -  Children's services - Parenting support -  On-site nursing/mental health support

Offers a healthy alternative to living on the streets or in shelters. This Center's program is designed for adults who sincerely want to exit homelessness and find permanent housing and employment. This program requires work on an individual's part so that he/she can change their life. In addition to housing, food, and overnight lodging, The Salvation Army supplements those services with the support needed to move on in life.

Offers three housing programs to assist individuals who are homeless or about to be homeless, as well as limited rental assistance for those who have an eviction notice. 1.  Shelter: Offers a 3-30 day stay in a 5-room facility for homeless individuals and families. Each household has a private room but shares the kitchen, living area, and restrooms with the other residents. Case management services are available during shelter stay. 2.  Supportive Housing: Two year housing and case management services for adults with disabilities. 3.  Also offers limited rental assistance to households facing eviction. Goldendale Shelter and Transitions Program offers: -  Shelter: For homeless individuals or families who have an attachment to Goldendale, a 1-3 day motel voucher can be provided as temporary crisis intervention.   -  Transitional Housing: Similar to the Guided Path Program, Goldendale's scattered site transitional housing program offers intense case management for families with minor children. -  Rental Assistance: Limited funds are available to help households that are in danger of being evicted for not paying their rent.    Skamania County Homeless Housing Program offers:   -  Shelter: the Skamania County Shelter offers a 3 to 30 day stay in a five bedroom facility. Case management services are available while at the Shelter. -  Transitional Housing: Similar to the programs at Guided Path and Goldendale, the Skamania County program provides 2 years of residential stability, individualized plans and goals, and case management. -  Rental Assistance: Limited funds are available to help households that are in danger of being evicted for not paying their rent.

Offers housing and 24 hour support for families in crisis. Life skills classes, employment and continuing education programs offered at the facility. Case management and access to community resources available.

Provides coordinated entry for people experiencing housing instability. Programs include shelter, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing and deposit/first month's rent. Offers motel vouchers when funding is available. Programs include: - Move-in Assistance & Homeless Prevention: provides rent assistance for those who are 3 months behind. Assists with move-in costs, such as deposit and first month rent. -  Coordinated Entry for homeless individuals and families seeking housing solutions. -  Homeless Resource Center: staff work closely with clients who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to help with safe shelter, transportation, household items and hygiene items. Sometimes rental or utility assistance and many other services that are needed will be provided. Clients are screened for eligibility. -  Transitional and Permanent Supportive Housing: Manages several housing units and works with many landlords in Yakima County to provide housing for individuals and families. -  Street Outreach: Outreach team (nurses, behavioral health specialists, outreach, and housing specialists) visit local shelters and other places where homeless might be, hoping to engage individuals and offer services. - Helps with motel vouchers when funding permits.

Provides 4 bedroom dormitory style transitional housing. On-site case management for one-on-one transitional services.

Offers a 2 year transitional housing program. Housing is located in different parts of Pierce County.

Provides emergency shelter for homeless families, and individuals if space is available. Provides emergency shelter for homeless youth (18-24) if space is available. Clients can stay in 3-month increments for up to 2 years. Participants receive intensive case management and develop a self-sufficiency plan.

Provides permanent supportive housing to veterans, those being released from prison, or those experiencing homelessness. Housing is provided in a dormitory style setting (shared rooms). Those in the program can qualify for: - Life Skills and Rapid Employment programs, - Case Management services, - Counseling Services as needed for substance abuse and mental health care, and - Legal Assistance in expunging qualifying offenses. Life Skills Program assists with daily living skills. Rapid Employment can assist with employment, including job training, workforce developement, apprenticeship programs Also trains people in the use of electronics, computers, and for High Demand Industries.Ai training.

Provides telephone and in-person screening and assessment for households who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Telephone screenings are provided for emergency shelter (men's, women's, couples, and families) and severe weather shelter. Households are assessed for eligibility for housing programs (rapid re-housing, transitional, and permanent supportive), as well as diversion programs.
