Volunteers of America’s transitional living program provides support for up to 22 chronically homeless, single men at the Grants Per Diem (GPD) housing complex. Referred primarily from Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV), and who are often dealing with co-occurring issues of mental illness and substance abuse. A Volunteers of America case manager will provide supportive services.

Life at Miryam’s House includes wrap-around supportive services, one-on-one case management, life-skills education, and continuing support for residents through an Alumnae Program. Women eligible for housing are homeless.
