Helps seniors stay connected to community and each other. The SAIL fitness class is just one of those ways; also offers Seated SAIL and Mind & Body Fitness. Plus educational workshops, and much more throughout the year. Light lunch is served on Tuesdays.

Serves a nutritious hot lunch once per week to adults.  Exercise and activities are coordinated before the lunch; facilitates social interaction after lunch. Also provides social activities and field trips. Provides transportation by appointment with the community van.

Provides ethnic-based, nutritious lunches to Cambodian and Vietnamese older adults, however all seniors are welcome. Program is a holistic approach of needed elderly assistance, health promotion, and cultural activities in appropriate languages. Offers an ethnically specific congregate meal program that is site and ethnicity specific, additional activities and support services available. Cambodian meals are on Tuesday and Bi-Friday. Vietnamese meals are on Monday and Bi-Friday.

Provides Behavioral Health Counseling, Immigration Assistance and Social Services. Offers mental health counseling and case management; assistance with immigration status adjustment (green cards/citizenship) and family reunification; senior programs with hot meals and activities; parenting education and family support.

Provides hot, nutritional meals at the Olympia Senior Center, Lacey Senior Center and various other locations in Thurston and Mason Counties.

Offers a variety of activities for Key Peninsula seniors. Meals are offered Tuesday through Friday for seniors and disabled individuals inhouse. SAIL and Tai Chi exercise classes are offered 5 days a week. Food Bank services daily and a Commodity Program monthly are available onsite. Shopping trips, activity trips to various locations are offered several times per month. Social activities like cards & games, celebrations for birthdays, bingo, movies, meditation, and a chance to visit with others. Medicare assistance, legal assistance, rental and utility referral assistance, and personal care assistance are offered monthly.

Serves a Japanese and American style lunch. Provides a congregate meal program to seniors ages 60 and older.   Serves balanced meals in welcoming group settings. A menu calendar is available on the website.

Elders Nutrition Program offers congregate meals to Elders of Fidalgo Island twice a week.  Blood pressure checks and diabetes counseling are offered on Wednesday.

Provides a location for seniors to gather and participate in recreational activities and have hot meals for a small suggested donations. Loans durable medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, etc. Equipment is loaned and should be returned once it is no longer needed.

Offers congregate and home-delivered meals to help increase the nutrient intake of older adults who might not eat adequately. Hot meals are served from five senior centers five days a week (in Aberdeen, Hoquiam, Elma, Raymond and Ilwaco), and also delivered to homes. One day a week, hot meals are taken to Oakville. Frozen meals are delivered to clients that are outside the city limits and in the North and South Beach areas as well.

Also offers a variety of life skills, health & wellness, and arts & culture classes for older adults, including a  bi-weekly walking program.  Senior center also provides a weekday lunch. Provides hot meals for seniors 60 years and older; a donation of $4.00 is requested from those over 60 and those under 60 must pay full price of meal (currently $7.00).Those under 60 who volunteer at the meal site are treated as seniors. Home delivered meals are delivered to a senior's home when attendance at a meal site is not practical and home participants are generally homebound. Often HD meals are sent out after a hospital stay or when the spouse that usually prepares the meals becomes ill or dies.  Frozen meals are available to those who need them on other days or who live too far from the meal sites.

The client base is senior citizens over 60+, unless a person younger and accompanied by a senior. Hot meals are served from five senior centers five days a week.

Serves daily meals for adults who are 60 years of age or older can receive a meal a day for free, and people under 60 years of age can receive a meal by means of private pay.
