Early Head Start Program offered at The Lighthouse Early Learning & Development Center

Provides infants and toddlers and their parents with a comprehensive early learning program to meet their emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs. Formula, diapers, and wipes are all provided for families enrolled. -  Education geared to children's developmental needs -  Health, nutrition and family support services -  Literacy, leadership and employment training opportunities for parents -  Services to support homeless children and families

Eligible children are between the ages of 4 weeks and 36 months and receive a subsidy such as Working Connections Childcare, DSHS childcare ,Tribal Childcare or Foster Care subsidy supports.

Lighthouse Early Learning and Development Center

Operates an Early Head Start program for children with special developmental, behavioral or social-emotional needs as well as for typically developing children. Sensitive to needs of foster children and those with CPS funding. Works to provide children with a nurturing environment and positive early childhood educational experience. Through a trauma informed lens, strengthens healthy family relationships and reduces the risk of child abuse and neglect.
