Coordinates a needle exchange program for injection drug users via mobile deliveries. May also have sterile injection equipment, other safer use kits, overdose reversal medication naloxone (a.k.a. Narcan), fentanyl test strips, wound care supplies, safer sex supplies, & hygiene products.
