Adult Transition To Independence Center is a Transition Program for students ages 18-21 with disabilities in Skagit County.   WVS operates a transition classroom in Burlington. The center includes a training Kitchen, classrooms, laundry training area, computer lab and skill development opportunities including work experiences in the community.

Provides qualified employees to area businesses, and job placement services for persons with all types of disabilities.  Offers career counseling; career testing; assistance in finding job openings; job seeking skills training (resumes, cover letters, application forms, and interviewing); training in the use of bus system or other forms of transportation and; on-site job coaching after hiring.
