Call for more information or an appointment. Only accepts Medical Marijuana Card Holders if they have a diagnosis listed with DOH that requires a PCP to prescribe. If client has any legal involvement with their treatment, it must be okay with probation requirements. Call for more details.
Eligibility
Adults 18 and over. Will see youth under 18 on a case by case basis.
Fee
Accepts private insurance and private pay. Also offers sliding scale fees.
