Operates a court of limited jurisdiction which hears cases involving violations, including, but not limited to: criminal misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor charges (domestic violence offenses, assault, theft, drug offenses, etc. ); criminal traffic, traffic infractions and parking violations that occur in the city of Enumclaw. Does not file small claims or civil cases, protection or restraining orders. Judge can perform marriage ceremonies.
