Kinship Caregiver Support Program offered at Brigid Collins Family Support Center in Skagit
Helps bring stability and security to children who have recently been placed in the care of a caregiver related through blood or marriage, other than the child's parent, also known as kinship caregivers. Provides emergency funding to kinship caregivers who are raising children who are not their own because the biological parent is unable or unwilling to serve as the primary caregiver.
