Eligibility
The form being filed is eligible for a fee waiver (see website for a complete list of eligible forms), AND the applicant qualifies based upon one of the following criteria: - Applicant, spouse, or the head of household currently receives a means-tested benefit such as TANF, SSI, SNAP, or Medicaid. - Household income is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines when filing (guideline list available on website). - Applicant is experiencing extreme financial hardship, including hardship from unexpected medical bills or emergencies, that prevents from paying the filing fee.
