Dialysis - Provides outpatient dialysis services for both hemo and peritoneal dialysis. - Provides information, training and ongoing support for home dialysis. - For home dialysis, patients start their dialysis in the clinic and continue with a dialysis machine at home. Support services - Offers financial counseling, information and referral for patients. - Offers information about diet and exercise that can slow or stop kidney disease from progressing. - Provides mutual support opportunities for renal patients, families and friends. - Provides travel information for visiting dialysis patients from other centers. Offers a free class for people with chronic kidney disease that gives them an opportunity to learn about dialysis treatment options, including transplant, and how to plan and prepare for treatment.
