Provides services to East Pierce County residents. Currently have utilities. Limited resources, please call to verify. Food bank is open to drop ins M Tu Th, 10am-1pm and by appointment only W, 1pm-4:30pm. Clients are also encouraged to contact Pierce County Community Connections for the LIHEAP/PSE program first. Puget Sound Energy only provides $600 assistance per household per year, must have Urgent or Final Notice. Availability of Elmhurst funding can change on a daily basis. Currently have Elmhurst funding. Must have Most current bill with past due amount. Max of $150 twice per year.

Eligibility
Must live within East Pierce County. Have a final notice for Termination of Service notice from Elmhurst. PSE customers need a copy of the shut-off notice (urgent, final or disconnect) and/or "Assistance Provider" notice. Those on a budget billing plan may also have "Budget Removal" warnings on their bill. Agency needs the notices to provide assistance.
