Helps families find a child-friendly dentist who accepts state insurance. The goal is to have children seen by their first birthday. Makes going to the dentist a regular part of a child's life and helps keep children cavity-free.

Services provided include maternal and child health (including support and services for children with special needs), prevention services, birth and death certificates, food handler testing and cards, tuberculosis testing, and case management. Works with community providers and laboratories to identify, prevent transmission of, and provide direct services related to infectious diseases.
