QuitSmart Tobacco Cessation offered at MultiCare Auburn Medical Center

Offers a free web-based tobacco cessation series designed to help participants design a personalized quit plan, learn about medication options, and how to quit for good. The program is on-going, and can be started anytime. Each online workshop follows a similar format consisting of  online videos, reading assignments and a few easy questions to help personalize the information. Weekly workshops provide behavioral change skills and ideas to support quit efforts.   Behavioral change skills include   -  Creating a quit plan -  Nutrition to maximize your quit possibilities -  Physical activity to decrease urges -  Learning to let go of stress -  Coping strategies to deal with triggers
