NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group offered at NAMI - Connections Support Group - Lynnwood

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Participants gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by trained leaders who've been there. NAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need.

2nd & 4th W, 7-8:30pm.

Application process

Meets in person on the second and fourth Wednesday 7-8:30 pm at Verdant Health Commission, 4710 196th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Park in the back the come to the front door and a Verdant employee will buzz you in.

Eligibility

Adults in Snohomish and Island counties who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.
