To provide housing, services, treatment and support to mothers and children impacted by homelessness, chemical dependency and trauma, and to help them achieve and maintain reunification through healing, self-sufficiency, and clean and sober living. New Phoebe House is a transitional housing recovery program that houses 16 women and their children.

Call for to speak to staff member about requirements at 253-383-7710. If you have not gone through Coordinated Entry, you will be connected to get appointment.

Fee

Ability to pay is not a prerequisite to entering the program.

Eligibility

Must be a woman from Pierce County with children under age 7, or trying to regain, or maintain, custody of child or children, and have chemical dependency issues. Must qualify as literally homeless or fleeing domestic violence.

Women must have a phone screening and an in person interview prior to admission and qualify through Coordinated Entry.
