Treatment in traditional world medicine is centered on the individual rather than the disease.   Disease is usually viewed as a disorder or disharmony and treatment is directed toward balancing and harmonizing.    Includes Oriental medicine treatments such as - Moxibustion - Cupping - Electroacupuncture - Tui Na - Qi Gong - Dietary therapy    - Acupuncture  Practitioners utilize Eastern diagnostic methods and are familiar with Western medical diagnoses and practices. It is used effectively for alleviating pain, but it also helps treat allergies/asthma, fatigue and sleep disorders, arthritis, PMS, digestive disorders, addictions and more. Provides disease prevention using herbs, elimination therapy and counseling.   Combines nutritional counseling, herbal medicine, massage therapy and bodywork, internal cleansing and immune-system support.   Dispensary on site sells supplements, Chinese herbal remedies as well as mixes, tinctures and remedies that naturopaths prescribe.

Fee

Contracts with several insurance companies, including Regence, Premera, Aetna, First Choice, and United Healthcare.   No insurance accepted for Ayurvedic Medicine Payment is required at the time of treatment for patients not utilizing insurance.   Accepts cash, checks, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard and American Express.   Provides discount for cash payment at time of treatment. Offers sliding scale fees to low-income people. Patients must meet certain income requirements.
