Provides drug and alcohol assessments, alcohol and drug information school and outpatient substance use disorder services. Services provided are certified by DBHR. We now offer Mental Health assessments and counseling services by appointment only. Please call and schedule.

Call for an appointment. Drop-in SA assessments are available on Wednesdays between 10am and 1pm.
Eligibility
Adults with substance use disorder.
Fee
Offers sliding scale fees and accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and most private insurance plans.
