Provides most types of birth control. Includes emergency contraception (Plan B) as well as IUDs and implants. Provides cervical cancer (pap smear and HPV test), breast cancer and testicular cancer exams and other physical exams relating to reproductive health. Provides pregnancy tests as well as pregnancy options counseling, which includes information about parenting, adoption, and abortion. Tests for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. Provides PrEP services. PrEP is a daily medication that is highly effective at preventing HIV. Provides DoxyPEP, a medication to prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis after unprotected sex. Visit during Teen Clinic walk-in hours or call for an appointment. All Public Health clinics make appointments for teens any time during the week, including same or next-day appointments, when available.
Fee
Services are free or low cost. Sliding scale based on ability to pay. No one is denied service due to inability to pay. Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Family Planning Only Medicaid, and private insurance.
Eligibility
All young people 20 and under, regardless of gender, sexual preferences, or immigration status. Washington state law says teens can get these services without parental consent.
