Common repairs include the following: - Wheelchair ramps and other accessibility improvements - Installation of grab bars to improve safety - Plumbing and electrical work - Flooring repair or replacement - Painting, interior and exterior - Window repair or replacement - Clutter removal - Yard clean-up Local businesses provide material donations and work is completed by volunteers. Primarily serves the following: - Adults, ages 65 and older - Individuals living with disabilities - Families with children under 18 - Veterans For veteran homeowners, the income restrictions are at or below 80% AMI
