Provides a regional network of school and community support throughout North Central Washington by directly serving youth, addressing community needs, and promoting personal and professional development. Capacity Building is a primary focus area. Provides volunteer opportunities to mentor and/or tutor students in K-12 grades and adults or gain experience in social service agencies. Organizes and participates in community service projects in North Central Washington.
