Application process
Must meet income and household requirements. Intakes may be followed up by a home visit. Client is not required to show documentation, but must be prepared to give income and personal details about their health and provide an emergency contact number.
Eligibility
Adults with Disabilities and seniors living independently on a low, fixed income with no other direct resources for requests.
Fee
Services are free. Materials for repairs or wheelchair ramp construction will be paid for by the caller/client.
