Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services offered at Sound's Kent Clinic

Sound provide a wide range of services to youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, FASD and other co-occurring challenges. SOUND's Community Networks Program (CNP) is our Lifespan Mental Health Treatment initiative for individuals aged 6 and up with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our goal is to enhance the lives of people with IDD and mental health needs, their families, and their support systems by providing exemplary services and supports. These services emphasize local, person-centered, positive, multidisciplinary, cost-effective, and evidence-informed practices.

Eligibility

CNP serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, regardless of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation, who are dealing with mental health or substance use disorders. Our services are designed to help individuals improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and reach their full potential. SOUND’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services and Community Networks Program (CNP) offer a wide range of services to youth and adults with IDD including autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, FASD, and other co-occurring challenges in King, Pierce, and South Snohomish Counties.
