WorkFirst Tuition Assistance offered at Shoreline Community College

Provides the opportunity for TANF recipients to attend Shoreline Community College by paying for tuition, fees and books for eligible low-income parents.   TANF recipients can obtain a GED, increase job skills, earn a certificate or enter a new career.   WorkFirst staff is available to discuss educational and employment goals.

Application process

Call or visit in person.   DSHS case manager referral is also welcome.

Fee

Financial assistance covers the cost of tuition, books and fees.

Eligibility

Must be an eligible recipient of TANF cash assistance through DSHS.
