Lighthouse for Men offered at West Sound Treatment Center - Bremerton

Offers recovery transitional housing for men or men with children that are homeless, willing to attend treatment and self-help groups, and actively seek employment or educational opportunities.  Services include   Intensive case management, strengths-based needs assessment by a case manager, sober living environment and life-skill building, advocacy and intensive support services. Spaces are single occupant rooms.

Eligibility

For single men that are homeless and have a substances use disorder that are:  - in treatment for SUD, willing to be clean and sober and able to fully participate in program - willing to follow The Lighthouse guidelines - willing to attend SUD treatment in the community - willing to attend community-based self-help groups - willing to actively seek employment or educational opportunities and motivated to transition to permanency outside of the Lighthouse.

Fee

Currently: $350.00 per month for single male, $425 for a male with children. Subject to change with state and federal guidelines.

A non-profit agency providing several services including state certified, outpatient alcohol and drug treatment, evaluation and DUI assessment, ADIS, housing, counseling, life-skills, vocational, and re-entry services. Accepts private insurances including Medicaid.  We believe that everyone is capable of change and self-sufficiency if given the opportunity, and we create innovative programs that directly respond to the barriers of our participants thereby improving their lives and restoring the hope that they can be successful, productive members of their community.
