Offers possible funding and retraining assistance for students who: - are currently receiving or have received Unemployment Insurance in the last 48 months, OR - have separated from the military in the last 48 months or will separate in the next 12 months, OR - qualify as a displaced homemaker, OR - have recently closed a sole-proprietor business OR - are currently employed in Stop Gap employment OR - currently working in a position not in demand or need skills/training/credentials to remain employed.
