Foster Care offered at Youthnet
Youthnet is a child placing agency with a state contract. Youthnet recruits, trains, licenses, and supervises foster homes. We provide placement for all ages of foster care children. We serve 14 counties in Western Washington.

Fee
Foster parents receive reimbursement for children placed in their home. Youthnet receives funding from DCYF for children placed. No Fees to become foster parent.
Eligibility
Children are referred by the state for placement. Individuals desiring to be foster parents must be at least 21 years of age, meet income guidelines, be able to pass state background check and complete application with several documents.

The majority of our programs revolve around foster care services for children and youth, but we are also partner with and support families in need. Ultimately we are working together to create opportunities for healing from the past and promoting hope for the future.
